If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund by contacting us via email or reaching out to our support on WhatsApp. Our team is dedicated to addressing any issues you encounter while using our service and will refund you promptly if our solutions do not meet your satisfaction. We kindly request that you contact us first so that we can either resolve your problem or process your refund as quickly as possible.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days. After this period, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

Certain items are not eligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  •  Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  •  Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  •  Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before refunds are reflected.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at, and provide a description of the problem.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.
